1. About Vyllo Games
Vyllo Games is operated by an independent developer. We create family-friendly mobile games and related online services.
2. Eligibility and Family-Friendly Use

Subscriptions are usually managed through the account and app store used to make the purchase, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the relevant store or platform.
Deleting or uninstalling a game may not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, you should cancel the subscription through the relevant store or platform before the renewal date.
7. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Payments, billing, subscription management, and refunds may be handled by third-party stores or payment providers, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not control all store billing systems or refund decisions.
Refund requests may need to be submitted through the store or platform where the purchase was made, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and rules.
13. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We may use analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting tools, including services such as Firebase, to understand how our games are used, fix errors, improve performance, and improve user experience.
